Butch, We have chatted before, but I know a little more now, should it has been almost a year. Here goes:
Richard Lee m. Harriett??? 38 both of Va.
children: Joseph E.19 Lee VA.
Richard 17, VA
Henry 8 Va
Virginia 3 Tn
Except for Richard the above is the 1840 census but Ricahrd is not listed. So he may have died.Possibly the year Virgina was born about 1826 or 37.
Joseph E. Lee is the father of my William Henry we discussed before. He had brothers Robert E. , Ruphus, Samuel, sister Lucinda.

Do you know of anyone who has access to the 1840 census for Marshall Co.Tn.
