I am searching for info on the Lawrence Blackwell who married Sarah Davis in Maury county, TN on May 10, 1826. I'm told that Lawrence and wife moved to Lawrence county, MS between 1826-1830.
However, some say that he married a Sarah Susan Sills from GA and she's suppose to be Native American. Who were Lawrence's parents? Any info is appreciated. My email is sassy38915 at yahoo
