I am looking for information about Reuben Smith & Mary "Polly" Miller who were married in Halifax County, Virginia on December 24, 1804.
All the information I have is unverified.
Reuben was born 1787 in Halifax Co., VA & died 2-26-1850 Maury Co., TN. Polly was born 1782 Halifax Co., VA & died 1-8-1859 Maury Co., TN
Their three children were:
Harmon W. Smith born 11-5-1806 Halifax Co., VA & died 3-4-1873 Maury Co., TN
Luanza W. Smith born 1808 Halifax Co., VA
Martha J. Smith born 1813 Halifax Co., VA
Luanza was my g-g-g-grandmother. She married Rev. John P. Campbell on 9-25-1827 in Maury Co., TN. They later resided in Nashville, Davidson Co., TN.
John & Luanza had 6 children:
Porter Smith Campbell b. 1-23-1828 Nashville & d. 5-10-1911 Auburn, Logan Co., KY m. Ann D. Miles (this is my line)
Reuben Campbell b. 1830 TN
Martha Campbell b. 1832 TN
Eliza Campbell b. 1836 TN
Ruth Campbell b. 1839 TN
Julietta Campbell b. 1841 TN
