Parson Parsons in McMinn County, 1830

Does anyone have access to an early McMinn County plat map, showing township and range, and could you do a lookup for me? I'm trying to locate my 3g-grandfather Thomas Parson's farm. Here's the description from Deed Book Vol. B, Nov 1820–Aug 1836, p. 226:

No 517       Thomas Parson this day enters as occupant enterer agreeably to law the south east quarter of section 25, township 3", range 2" west of the meridian, in the County of McMinn, Hiwassee district, beginning on the south east corner of said quarter.
July 28, 1824                            160 acres

Or can someone tell me where I can obtain such a map? I wrote the McMinn County clerk some time ago but never heard back.

Appreciate any help.
Noel Parsons
