We just returned from a trip to TN. Spent some time looking up this church. Very little info except that David Lawson donated property for it in med 1800's. We were shown a cemetery with unmarked graves that a man thought was the cite of the donated land. I have a photo of a marble headstone that was recently placed there by a group who's mission is to preserve old cemetery sites. Could send a copy to you.
