Looking for Will/ProbateRecords,burial site of John L,Q,T Sipes

I am looking for a Will/Probate Records, obit, burial site of John L.,Q., or T. Sipes. He was born abt 1842 in I believe McNairy TN He died between June 1863 and Dec 1865. It could have been in TN or possible Marshall Co, Kentuckey. The last place I have found record of him is in Marshall Co but all of his family are in McNairy TN.

There are many records that I have found with all three of these initials. His real initial is Q. All of the records I have found so far are for the same person, John Q. Sipes, son of William Sipes.

Can any anyone help me in locating these records?
