Does anyone have proof that Susan who married Francis M / Fronk Rockholt/Rockhold was a Calbough?

The US Gen Web Meigs County site has a marriage record:
ROCKHOLD, F. to LEWIS, Susan on 2 Oct 1865 in Meigs Co.

In the 1870 census, District 8, McMinn County (PO Athens) Tennessee:

Frank Rockford, 30, Tenn
Susanna Rockford, 32, Tenn
Harriet Rockford, 9, Tenn
Mary Rockford, 5, Tenn
William Rockford, 1, Tenn

So far so good; but in 1880, in District 3, Meigs, Tennessee:

F. M. Richhold, Self, M, Male, 38, Tenn, Farmer
Susannah Richhold, Wife, M, Female, 40, Tenn, Keeping House
Mary Josephine Richhold, Dau, Female, 13, Tenn
William H. Richhold, Son, Male, 10, Tenn
Nannie P. T. Richhold, Dau, Female, 8, Tenn
Allice A. Richhold, Dau, Female, 6, Tenn
James L. Richhold, Son, Male, 2, Tenn
Harriett R. Lewise, Sdau, Female, 18, Tenn

Note that Susan is two years older than Frank, which is rare enough to make this family stick out like a sore thumb, despite the spelling problem. (An "o" that looked like an "i" and a "k" that looked like an "h").

Harriett is a stepdaughter, which means the "Lewis" in the marriage record is Susan's married name, not her maiden name.

Back to 1860, District 3, Meigs County, we find:
Ephraim Lewis, 20
Susannah Lewis, 22

The US Gen Web Meigs County site has a marriage record for
LEWIS, E.
CALBOUGH, S. C.
24 Mar 1860

There is an Ephraim Lewis who served in Co. F., 13th Tennessee Cavalry on two Civil War data bases.

I wouldn't be surprised if Susan's maiden name was Calbough, and Ephraim was killed in the Civil War.

There is an IGI record that has her as Susanna Calbough. It is from patron forms, which range in accuracy. I can't find any other record of her maiden name. She is with Frank in 1900, where she says she was born April 1838. He has remarried by 1910, so I'm assuming she died 1901 - 1909.

Does anyone have proof of Susan's maiden name?
