County of birth for William RICE b. 1809

I am looking for the county of birth for William RICE b. abt. 1809 d.1873. Also looking for his parents' names. William RICE married Alzira ? in TN date unknown. They moved to AL where all of their children were born and then moved on to MO. Here are their children's names:

Absalom, Elizabeth "Betsy" Ann, Melton (Shelton), Louisa, John, James, William, and George all born between 1833-1851. Since the last was born in 1851 they didn't move to Dallas County, MO until some time after that. I do know William and Alzira RICE both died in Dallas County, MO.

Alzira died in 1876.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Willing to share what I have.
