I am looking for information I have missing on this family, James LILLARD and Jala SEAL firt lived in Cocke Co. (I have most of theere children missing), William LILLARD settled near where the town of Dekatur is now located. He must have moved to Dekatur prior to 1838 as Benjamin Franklin Lillard was born at Dekatur.
