One interesting possibility:

Albert Lester THOMAS, 26, white, single, born September 7, 1890 in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.

from the June 5, 1917 World War I Draft Registration for Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.

...................

Albert THOMAS is a fairly common name but you probably have some information that may help someone else help you:

- What was his race?

- Where and when did you find him in the census? (He should appear in 1900/10/20/30.)

- Where, when, and whom did he marry?

- Where and when did he die, and where was he buried?

- What was his occupation?

- Did he serve in the military?

- Anything else of interest?

Good luck!
