Copy of Will of George W. Kinser B:29 Jul 1844 TN died 7 Feb 1920 White co. IN. Father of my grandfather William Ray Kinser. Handwritten: Last Will and Testament of George Washington Kinser White county, Indiana I, George W. Kinser, of White County, Indiana, being in good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills, by one at any time heretofore made. I direct that all my just debts and my funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient out the first moneys that may come into the hands of my executor. I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah C. Kinser, to be here during the period of her natural life and at her decease to descend to any children by her, viz. Jesse Elmer Kinser, Everett Wallace Kinser, James Edward Kinser and such other children as may be here after born to me by her, all my real and personal property of whatever name or description that I may own or possess at the time of my decease. Said real estate is at the present time as follows, to-wit the North East Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section four(4) and the North West Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section three(3), all of Township twenty eight, North Range four(4) West, White County, Indiana, and also all other property that I may hereafter acquire both real and personal and mixed, is, in like manner given, devised and bequeathed to my said wife, Sarah C. Kinser. It is my will that my said property both real and personal and mixed shall be used by my said wife, Sarah C. Kinser, for the support of herself and of my children born by her as follows, viz. the incomes and rentals of the real estate to be used as she may deem necessary; the personal property also to be used by her as she may deem necessary for the support of herself and children. In case of misfortune, sickness or other calamities, making it necessary that part of the said real estate shall be sold for the support of said Sarah C. Kinser and our children, it is my will that she shall show said necessity to a court of competent jurisdiction and upon the court’s finding said necessity, it shall be legal for such sale to be made and the court shall approve such sale as it does in other sales which it orders made. At the decease of my wife, Sarah C. Kinser, all the property of whatever name or description, real personal or mixed, that is left, shall descend to my children by my said wife, Sarah C. Kinser, as follows: Jess Elmer Kinser, Everett Wallace Kinser, James Edward Kinser and such other as shall be born to me by my said wife, share and share alike. I give, devise and bequeath to my children by a former marriage as follows: To Amos J Kinser, one dollar. ($1.00), to George L. Kinser, one dollar($1.00), to Mary Eva Goodpasture, one dollar($1.00), to William Ray Kinser, one dollar($1.00). I nominate and appoint my beloved wife Sarah C. Kinser to be the sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, George W. Kinser, the testator, have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and seal this 9th day of July 1907. George W. Kinser Signed, sealed and published and declared by the about named George W.
