I'm assuming that the 1930 census is in error. Obituary: Bessie L. Bostick TALLMADGE-Bessie L. Bostick, 90, passed away July 29, at Colonial Garden Care Center. Mrs. Bostick was born in Livingston, Tenn., and had been a resident of Akron for 55 years, before moving to Tallmadge in 1982. She was a member of the Goodyear Heights Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and daughter, Lillie B. Eldredge; and is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Jane and David Spitzer of Akron; sons and daughters-in-law, Clayborn and Elaine Bostick of Akron, James and Ann Bostick of Stow; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Lillie McCormick of Akron, and Mrs. Sally Matthews of Akron; brother, Charles Turney of North Carolina; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Frank (Dorothy) Turney of Cuyahoga Falls, and Mrs. Roy (Bess) Turney of Akron.
