Bobbie, New information from two Carden/Cardin family genealogy contacts in Monroe County.
From the Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater, records Earl Alvin Carden was the son of Cornelius and Julia Wilson Carden. He and Ellen are buried in the Sweetwater Valley Memorial Garden, Sweetwater, Monroe Count, TN. The 1910 Monroe County census for James T. Wilson, 59, Sarah, 65, son Thomas,22 (brother of Julia Wilson), and in the house, Julia Carbin,dau.,29 and children Earl,8, Ruby,6. Julia was a widow in 1910. She remarried to William O. Mitchel in 2/11/1912 in Monroe County.
