Linda, I just found the maiden name for my 3rd great grandmother, Catherine Louisa Gentry married James Riley Gentry in 1838 was born North Carolina 1817. Her maiden name is Barnes. Census records show she was born NC, father Ireland, mother NC.. Her son Charles A. Gentry married Jane Williams, his daughter, Eliza Jane Gentry married James Goodwin, her son Homer H. Goodwin married Nancy Ann Cantrell, their daughter my mother, Alma Marie Goodwin. Thanks for any help, Ronnie
