December 1822, Thomas BLAKENEY died and had a Will in Montgomery Co., TN. I would like a copy.
Supposedly, his daughter Jane BLAKENEY Lucy had moved to Marengo Co., AL prior to his death and she sent her son Thomas B. LUCY back to TN to take care of things. The Will is supposed to mention the love of his daughter Jane, widow of Cadwallader LUCY, etc. Also supposedly it states, Cad was living in Washington Co AL and Jane in Marengo. I would also like a copy of a document showing Jane petitioned the courts to let her son take care of things...
My line is their daughter Nancy LUCY who married Thomas Roe CURTIS in Montgomery County, TN on march 28, 1816.
