Moore, TN Family book? Docia Gowen

Hi,
I was searching on the Internet and a link came up for a Docia Fannie (Gowen) 759, TN Family. Does someone have a historic book or someting Moore County did that could look what it says about this person. The link showed a index page but her name was not in that section it seems the link was looking at also another section rambling it together.

Docia Gowen is wife to Calvin C. Arnold in Bedford County they are both buried at Leming Cemetery. It could be that they lived in Moore County or she is from Moore County. I would like to know more about her if you know something of her line.
