William Thomas Kelly was born in South Carolina in 1787.
He married Ruth(a) Alexander in Williamson County, TN on Dec. 29th 1813.

They had 12 children, most born in Perry County, TN.

William Thomas Kelly & wife Rutha Alexander are both burried in Perry County, TN (in or near Linden, perry, TN I believe)

I do have a family story of his parents but no proof.
