Robin,
I have covered all of the obituaries 1876 thru 1931 and death records. Also have looked in cemetery records and do not see Sally listed in any of these. It would seem that she would be in the Starbuck Cemetery, but I do not see her listed there either. Nor do I see any Starbuck born in that year with any other name. I looked to see if she was in this cemetery under a married name, but there is not Sallie or S. in that year. Even looked in the marriage records, no Sallie Starbuck listed at all as being married in Perry County. Sorry, if I do come across anything I will post and let you know. TN State Library & Archives may have a death record on her.
