Hi! I am searching for any information on Robert C. Garrett who was born in Tennessee about 1874. He is the grandfather of my mom's best friend and I am trying to help find out who Robert is and who he descends from. I am not having much luck. I was able to find him living in Pickett Co. on the 1920 census with his wife and children. My mom's friend told me that Robert married her grandmother Loula Mae (Rains) Brown abt. 1913. Loula had 4 children by her first husband and 5 children with Robert. Loula's family was from Clinton Co., KY. Robert was killed while working on a road crew when he fell off the back of the truck - year unknown. If anyone can place him within their family, I would be thrilled to finally find who he belongs to. My mom's friend knows almost nothing about him and would dearly love to know more. Thanks!
