Am searching for parents of Samuel Eliga (Elijah) Martin b. 5-5-1881 according to his WWI registration. He married Nettie Mitchell on March 9, 1902 in Putnam Co. Children were Herbert Jesse b. 1903, Allison Clyde b. 1904, Lizzie b. 1910 and Rubie Jean b. 1911.
They are on the 1910, 1920 and 1930 census in Putnam, but can't find Samuel on the 1900 with a matching birthdate.
Any help greatly appreciated.
