1890 Veterans' Schedule

I have found a relative on the 1890 Veterans' Schedule but the only information showing is her name (as widow) but not her husband's name, nor his Rank, Company, etc. It also shows: Morgantown, Rhea Tennessee S.D. 6, Civil District #8, ED 161, House #, Family #. Would anyone know if with this information I could request a search somewhere that would reveal the deceased soldier's name (her husband)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
