I am hoping that enough research has been done to help me find my Great Grandmother, I am looking for information concerning Mary E. Majors, daughter of Larkin Majors, born in Rhea Co. Tn. about 1840, she Married my Great Grandfather Wiley Kersey 1858. They are in the Rhea Co. census in 1860, no children mentioned. My grandfather John Anderson Kersey was born June 26, 1861. I haven't been able to find any more information on Mary E. Majors Kersey. The closest thing is she had her baby in June of 1861 and Wiley remarried in Dec. 1866 to Eliza Dinkins. I can only assume that she died within that time frame. If anyone knows when she died and how she died as well as where she is buried I would appreciate any and all help.
