Hi Jeannette,

I wonder if you could check your Rhea County cemetery book and see if you have a listing for a Josephine (Wright) Atchley. I believe she was the daughter of Sampson and Susan Wright and was born 3 February 1853 with a twin brother Joseph T Wright. I think Josephine married Emerson J Atchley in Meigs County in 1871, but an EJ Atchley also married M T Marshall in 1873. I am assuming that Josephine died between late 1871 and early 1873. Her parents lived in Rhea County and she could have been buried there. Her husband moved to Texas after he remarried in 1873 and I believe he died in California in 1930.

I have not been able to find Sampson and Susan Wright in Rhea County either.
