I found Flora Smith (daughter of Luther Kenneth Smith) in an Index for the Roane County TN Census 1930. If you can find the actual Census it should have additional info. I also found someone that appears to be a possible brother or relative of Dona Joiner. In the 1920 Roane TN census is a Deamus Joiner age 27 with family, oddly he has a son named Luther K.
