Hello John,
I've heard that Stomp Creek is very near Ten Mile Tennessee which is just outside of the present day Roane county Line. Ten Mile is located 17 miles south of Kingston TN on Highway 58. I can't help with the cemetery location, the Meigs County Library may be able to help.

The Road near Laurel Bluff that you mentioned was named Stomp Creek Road at one time. The land on that Road remains deeded as Stomp Creek Road. I think that the Road went to Stomp Creek. If you want to find it on a GOOGLE map, the name of the road was changed to Halcomb Drive, Kingston , TN.

Regards ........... Jim
