The Nicholson Family that I know is this line.
Billy Wayne Nicholson
Billy Wayne Nicholson, 61, died Jan. 27, 2003, at his home. He was born April 24, 1941, the son of the late Bob Taylor and Willie Mai Nicholson. He was a farmer and a member of Good Springs Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003, at 1 p.m. at Good Springs Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Riggs and Rev. John Gibbs officiating. Burial will follow in Good Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Don Moore, Robert Nicholson, Freddie Burcham, George Hardy, Allan Nicholson, Shannon Pendergraft, Jimmy Harris and Claude "Butch" Taylor. The family received guests Tuesday from 1-8 p.m. at Austin and Bell Funeral Home in Springfield and will receive guests on Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
He was preceded in death by son, Barry Wayne Nicholson; brothers, Jerry Ray Nicholson and James Albert Nicholson; sisters, Sally Pearl Hardy and Shirley Ann Perry.
He is survived by wife, Janice Rachel Nicholson; daughter, Tammy Jo Garza and husband Freddie Garza of Pleasant View; son, Timothy Wayne Nicholson and wife Beverly of Coopertown community; grandson, Zachariah Garza of Pleasant View; sisters, Alma Moore of Springfield, Alice Lawson of Pleasant View, Maydene Pendergraft of Nashville; brothers, Robert Nicholson, Jr., W.H. Nicholson, J.W. Nicholson, and Paul Nicholson, all of Pleasant View and many nieces and nephews.
