Not related, just did some lookups for you.

1. From the book, "Index to Rutherford Co. TN WILLS and Administrations", 1802-1861

You can order copies of these records, for 50 cents a page, from the Rutherford Co. Archives. To email a lookup request, go to their web site at
http://www.rutherfordcounty.org/archives/main.html

2. Noah Bell is found on the 1850 Census of Rutheford Co. TN in the Gambill area, pages 182A and 182B, in the following household:

BELL, Joseph 48, Toll gate keeper, $900, VA

6. Davidson Co. TN Marriage records, found at:
http://waldo.library.nashville.org:82/search/b

Hope some of this helps.
