I have a Clifford Cecil in my family tree information, but I don't have a lot about him. I hope this helps:

SOLLARS22, JOHN21, WILLIAM20, WILLIAM19, THOMAS18, THOMAS17, WILLIAM16, RICHARD15, DAVID14, PHILIP13, RICHARD12, THOMAS11, JOHN BASKERVILLE10, JOHN KNELL9, JOHN8, ROBERT7, GERALD6, BALDWIN5, EUSTACE4, JOHN3, JAMES2, ROBERT1) was born 1832 in Tennessee, and died Aft. 1860 in Tennessee. He married ARTEENY LNU. She was born Abt. 1836 in Tennessee.

Children of RILEY CECIL and ARTEENY LNU are:
       i.       ALFRED27 CECIL, b. Abt. 1857.
       ii.       CLIFFORD CECIL, b. Abt. 1859.
