In the 1900 Scott Co TN Fed Census there is a MINNIE CECIL with a birthdate of Jan 1880 listed in the Beaty Cecil family.

Her mother, Polly, is sister to my great-grandfather's (M F Hurtt) first wife Ellen Buttram. Who herself had a first husband M L Adkins.

Sorry, I have no other info on Minnie
