Thanks, Lori. I did end up ordering a photocopy of the original entry from the County Clerk's office. The bride's name is not on that either and does not appear to have been marked out or tampered with in any way. It just looks as though it never was there. I don't understand this at all. By playing connect the dots, I think I know who the bride was but would like to know for sure. Would the Tennessee Library and Archives have anything else??
