Does anyone have any information on a JAMES family of Sevier County? My gggrandmother, Celia Frances JAMES, b. ca 1830, supposedly spent her girlhood in the area. May have had a brother named Joe. Both ended up in Blount County, AL, Celia married Westley WILLIAMS in 1852, and Joe became sheriff there after the Civil War (later became a Methodist Preacher).
