Helton / Hilton lines needed

I am looking for someone that has worked these lines or may be willing to help.

Edward Hilton or Helton came to Smith County after the Rev. War. I think it would have probably been a land grant for service. His origin was VA. Our line of Heltons also came out of VA but have Dna tested Native American. Has anyone worked the Edward line any further back?

There was a Daniel Helton / Hilton that married into the Lancaster family in Smith County TN. Could this be the same Daniel that recieved 2,560 acres in Grices creek TN near modern day Clarksville? This would have been in lieu of William Hilton's Rev. War Service where Daniel Hilton recieved this land grant in 1783. Any information on these families would be greatly appreciated.

If you are a Helton / Hilton please consider DNA testing with the Family Tree site in Houston TX. It is not that expensive (99.00)and you will help all of the Helton researchers all over the USA. thank you
