Looking for info regarding Joel H. and Ava M. Shaver.

Joel married Ava O'Neal in Surry County, NC 1834
1850 Johnson County, TN
Joel H. b 1813 NC, Ava M. b 1814 NC, with children, Eliza F.M., Joshua H., Dolly Hassettine, and Emily Jane? Marion, all born in TN
1860 Sullivan County, TN
Joseph b 1810 NC, Evy b 1813 NC, with children, Dolly H., Emaly, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha all TN
1870 Sullivan County, TN
Joel (Sharer) b 1814 NC, Ava 1818 NC, with child, Elizabeth C.
1880 Sullivan County, TN
(NOTE: Their info filled out by someone elses best guess-census records indicate Joel, Ava, and Elizabeth were all suffering from a lung ailment and couldnt answer census themselves.)
Joel H. b 1793 NC, Ava M. 1804 NC
Daughter, Elizabeth, lived next door with her 4 children and was divorced.
I believe that I have found a bit of info regarding Joel's death-There is a reburial record for a "Joe Shaver, died 1895, age 80, permission to move form Gross Cemetery to Florence Union Cemetery in Sullivan, TN by his grandson, J.M. Gross" I do not know who the parents of JM Gross are.
I would appreciate any info about Joel or Ava. I am a descendant of Dolly Hassettine Shaver. Is Hassettine maybe Hasseltine, a family name??? Dolly married Ephraim David South in Sullivan Co., TN 1865
A "Joseph Shaver, jun." is a neighbor to Joseph Shaver, Sr. in Iredell, NC 1830. Is this Joel?
