In the Sullivan County Cemetery book I found an Elizabeth Vicars b. 1860 buried in Morrison Chapel Cem. says wife of Robert. and... in the Scott County Cem.book,I found same information except Elizabeth birth date was 1868, death date was down in the ground,(could not be read) but I did find somewhere, her death date as 1920, Could not find 1900 information ,1910 Census Richmond dist. Wise County,VA. there is Elizabeth Vicars age 46, widowed mother living with son Elbert M. age 26, and wife Daisy (Lawson)also 26, brother John L.Vicars is 14.Did not find anything else to tie the name Robert with with this family. Hope this is of some benifit to you.
Willie
