Kingsport City Directories - 1930

Are there City Directories available for Kingsport (or all of Sullivan county) for the years around 1930? If so, where are they and are there lookup services available?

I am looking for the family of Robert Leroy Thompson (born between 1880 and 1890 in TN), with wife Lillian Russell (Daniel) Thompson (born 1900 in TN) and children Gwen Margaret Thompson (born 1922 in TN) and Lois Elizabeth Thompson (born 1926 in TN).

This family is not in the 1930 census with these names, as far as I can tell after extensive searching. I'm hoping to determine their address and neighbors if they lived in Sullivan County in 1930.

If anybody has suggestions for further research, I welcome them!
