I may have some information on William Seaton, but I don't know how reliable it is because it doesn't match what you have, but is close. I believe that this William is William Greer Seaton (b. 1844 TN d. ?), who was the son of James Seaton, Jr. (b. 1783 VA d. 1860 TN) and Mary Ann Mims (b. 1813 SC d. ?). However, I have that William married Mary S. Jolley on 12 Dec 1861. It's possible that by 1880 he had remarried to Julia, but I don't have any other information on William.
