Any one in Tipton Co. that can give me some assistance? I am looking for info on Mary E.? Vaden, VanVickle.
She was suppose to have died there in Tipton Co. between the 1910 and 1920 census. Do not know where she is buried or anything.
I am also, trying to find her parents. On the 1900 Haywood Co. TN. census she was b. Nov. 1871, in Alabama and both parents born in Alabama. On the 1910 Tipton Co. Tn. census she was 39 b. Alabama, dad born Alabama and mom born Mississippi.
After doing a search for Mary. The only Vaden I can find to even come close to matching with the info I have is for the daughter of Mary Vaden found in the 1880 Lauderdale Co. TN. census. In the HH. there is a May or Mary I. Vaden. age 9 b. Alabama. On this census her parents place of birth seem to be incorrect. This Mary Vaden (mother) came from Franklin and Colbert Co. Alabama. 1900 Haywood Co. TN. census show she was born in Alabama. 1860 Franklin Co. AL, and 1870 Colbert Co. AL. census, show she was born in Alabama. Husband John, has he was born in NC. Not Alabama.
I am told this is not my Mary's parents. But I can not find any others that fit. Mary was suppose to have been married in Hopkins Co. TX. Search finds nothing there for her in the census.
I would appreciate any ones help on some records from Tipton Co.
