Seeking information on the GREEN Family of Tipton County. John A. GREEN was a M.D. there and his brother, James W. GREEN, moved to Texas but returned to Tipton County before he died. James had several sons that married in Tipton County; Joseph Allen GREEN married Elizabeth Frances NEWMAN, John Uriah GREEN married Mary Jane SANFORD & (2) Sarah Ann SANFORD, Marcus C. GREEN married Sarah Ann SANFORD, Edward Holister GREEN married Catherine Clemetine HALL. A daughter, Hollon Applewhite GREEN married John Nesbit HALL. Any additional information greatly appreciated.
