Goss/Weaver(Wever)/Quinley

Most of my family lived in Tipton County in the early days. I am looking for info on the following connections:

George Stoney Weaver married Fannie Wilson
need his background.

Their daughter Mabel Clair married Horace Greely Goss my great grandfather. Mabel was born on Island 35 Reverie (where is that?)

Horace was the grandson of David Goss and Nancy Quinley who married in Tipton County in 1859. They died leaving 7 children:
John,
Jim,
Mary Ellen (Molly)
Rufus,
twins Clarence and Marvin
Horace was the baby.
The youngest 3 were raised by an uncle "Hense" Hutchenson and Aunt Sophronia (Sophia) on Rosemark Rd.

So far, I'm still trying to find info on David Goss and Nancy Quinley. He is said to have parents who had a farm in OK, one parent full blooded Indian (Cherokee?) trail of tears possibly. Nancy is said to have begun the family trait of red hair.

I can't find anything on George Stone Goss except his marraige to Fannie Wilson. She also married Baxter Baker.

I know this is a lot, but it's a big family.

Any help is appreciated.

Linda Mc
