My great, great grandmother was Sarah Ann Paulina Chandler (born October 22, 1822 in Wilson County, Tennessee and died November 27, 1906 in Wilson County, Tennessee.
Sarah married Asa Graves Rogers in Wilson County, Tennessee on January 01, 1840.
I think your Bailey Chandler is Sarah's great uncle.
I believe that Bailey was born July 14, 1751 in Henry County, Virginia and died in Georgia. I believe that Bailey married someone named Tabitha (I don't know her last name).
Do you have any additional information about this Bailey Chandler?
