I found your Polly A. Bass Kemp living in 1880 Carroll Co, TN with her brother Cader (Cato) Bass. Polly's son was also living in the household. It was hard to read but may have been "J. S." age 33, male, nephew to Cato Bass. A few houses down was J. W Hamblin and wife J. P (Julia Pride Kemp). I have Polly and Cader/Cato listed as children of Sion Bass and Mary Polly Perry. Cader is buried in the Bass Cemetery in Henry Co, TN
Cader Bass b 5 Nov 1818 TN, d 4 Jan 1902 Henry Co, TN. There are also some Kemp's buried there.
