Hello Melissa,
I think I have corresponded with you before, but has been a year or two. This Sam Gibson is the son of the man I am trying to find a Death Certificate on "George Allison Gibson". Family lore said he died 6 months after his wife Mary B. Gibson who I found died 30 Apr 1922 in Lebanon (have original copies of both Sam and Mary). The reason I am telling you this is I have come upon information that George was alive and remarried in the 1930 Census. Believe he had just remarried by the time of the Census to a Anna. He was listed as age 61. Could you check your source for a Death Certificate after April 5, 1930 Lebanon, Wilson Co., TN, Civil District 10, Ward 4.

This Gibson family has been a nightmare to research as there are so many stories, false stories, that it is so hard to know where to look fist. As you can see, George didn't die 6 months after his 2nd wife Mary. Do you possibly have access to Marriages 1929 - Apr 1930? I really need to get to the Archives there in Lebanon but don't see any chance soon.

Thank you for any help you can give.
Merlyn Wilkins Gibson
