This is just some of the info that I have acquired yesterday via a hand-written family tree (which is VERY sketchy.)

Thomas Troughear(1779-1846)husbandman=Mary Burney(1781-1847)of ?Panton/?Fanton -- Margaret Troughear (1820-?)=Richard Wilkinson(1821-?)Tailor. Margaret Troughear(1812-Infant Died). Mary Wilkinson(1846)Died during Childbirth. Elizabeth Troughear(1810-?)=Hannah Trophear(1838-?) Mary Troughear(1802-1855)baker,not married. Sarah Troughear(1806-?)Thomas Troughear(1800-1862?)stonemason=Hannah Walker(1803-?)

And it goes on from there...I have knowledge from the family tree documentation that some of these family members have lived in Liverpool, Workington(?), Fanton(?)/Panton(?),and eventually as Trevor knows, South Africa.
