According to my records his Mother was Mildred (Milly) Todd who was born and married in King and Queen Co., VA. She died in Franklin, KY in 1837. One of her siblings was William Todd who married Jane Shelton in Pittsylvania, VA.
Milly's Father was Richard Todd and her Mother was Elizabeth Richards.
Richard's Father was William Todd and his Mother was Martha Vicaris.
William's Father was Thomas Todd, Jr. and his Mother was Elizabeth Bernard
Thomas Todd, Jr.'s Father was Thomas Todd, Sr. and his Mother was Ann Gorsuch
