Albert Turner and Emma Dubay were married on 7 October 1882 at Mt. Clemons, Macomb, Michigan. He gave his age as 21, she as 17. The record of the marriage is here:

If he was 21 when he was married in 1882, he would have been born around 1861. For the 1900 census, Albert A. Turner and wife Emma M. Turner are listed with three children in Utica Village, Macomb, Michigan. They had been married 17 years. The household was:

The census record is here:
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MS9W-YJZ

Septimus Turner age 46 born New York, both parents born New York occupation: machine agt

Septimus and wife, Deborah, show up in the 1910 census of Ecorse, Wayne, Michigan, for the 1910 census.
