Albert Turner and Emma Dubay were married on 7 October 1882 at Mt. Clemons, Macomb, Michigan. He gave his age as 21, she as 17. The record of the marriage is here:

If he was 21 when he was married in 1882, he would have been born around 1861. For the 1900 census, Albert A. Turner and wife Emma M. Turner are listed with three children in Utica Village, Macomb, Michigan. They had been married 17 years. The household was:
Albert A. Turner born May 1861 in Michigan
Emma M. Turner born August 1865 in Michigan
Alfred A. Turner born December 1883 in Michigan
Ronald M. Turner born March 1886 in Michigan
Sadie C. Turner born May 1891 in Michigan

The 1880 census for Clinton, Macomb, Michigan, shows Albert Turner as the son of Septimus and Debbora Turner. The household consisted of:
Septimus Turner age 46 born New York, both parents born New York occupation: machine agt
Debbora Turner, age 44 born Michigan, both parents born New York
Albert Turner, age 19, born Michigan

Septimus and wife, Deborah, show up in the 1910 census of Ecorse, Wayne, Michigan, for the 1910 census.

Septimus W. Turner died 18 December 1910 at River Rouge, Wayne County, Michigan. On his death certificate he is listed as a carpenter and his parents are listed as Augustus Turner and Sallie Cutter. The death record is here:
