I, too have the Simon line in my history. The date for Simon was 1768, my information has his father listed as Peter Uber I who came to the US from Germany in 1753 and settled near Greensburg, Pa. in Westmoreland Co. He had 9 children, but only five are listed. From Simon, it continues to Daniel who married Rebecca Davidson. They had James who married Amanda Courtney. They had 6 children. I'll pick up on next message.
