I also have a print that was framed by John A. Uebel. The print belonged to my Great-Grandmother Carrie Hecker Rogers,who lived in Albion,PA. The brass plaque on the back of the frame reads:
John A. Uebel 1930
Art and Guilding Shop
Good Goods
1213 State Street Erie,PA

So, we know the shop was there in 1930, at least.
