We are related! Your grandfather is my (what they say) 1st cousin 3 times removed or generations. I'll tell you how which makes more sense. Lorine Olinda Uetrecht was Charles sister. She married my great granduncle, August Beine. Which is on my mothers side. Now I did say cousin so I'll explain that. Charles had a cousin named Pauline Henrietta Uetrecht. Pauline married my great grandfather, Albert Crandell. Which is on my fathers side. So I guess techinally we're related by marriage. If you want more information or pictures I can dig some things up.
