Orin Thomas Upshaw was my great uncle. We always spelled it with one 'r". Born 23 July 1874 at Clinton, DeWitt county Illinois. Died 16-8-1937 at St. Louis MO. Married Maud Julia McGue (1873-1957). They had one daughter, Hallie Julia Upshaw (1893-1973), who married Emil F. Krone. Lived in Lima Ohio. They had two sons and a daughter, all presently living in the Cincinnati OH area. I really don't have any more information about Orin Thomas, unless you are looking for his ancestry. He was a physician, as were his three brothers, Ira Warren (my grandfather), Platt Welch and Harry Anderson Upshaw.
