Trying to discover information regarding my great grandparents of Lancaster and York Counties, PA. Elizabeth's death certificate says she was born in Wrightsville, York Co, PA 14 Feb 1866. It lists her parents as John UPDEGROVE and Martha. I cannot find this family on the York Co census index for 1870 or 1880. I know they were there.

Elizabeth Jane married Collin Elberty McCurdy of nearby Maytown, Lancaster Co, PA on 15 Sep 1885. My grandmother Helen Marguerite McCurdy and her sister Ruth Elberty McCurdy were born in that area. Can anyone help me find John Updegrove's family?

I know Elizabeth had a brother: J. Oscar Updegrove, and a sister Myrtle. There were about 13 children and I am trying to locate their names as well as information on John and his wife.
